1. Can I shop in your store?

No. We are an online business and our store is not accessible to the general public.

With the current pandemic, we also believe it is safer as we are able to monitor our colleagues more closely, ensuring the highest hygiene standards are maintained.

2. Do you accept cash?

No. We currently don't accept cash nor do we have a cash register.

We offer many ways to pay including debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

3. Do you offer credit?

No. We do not currently offer credit. 

4. Do you offer discounts for different groups?

Discounts are available to staff members and their immediate families.

5. Can you guarantee delivery?

If we accept your order, we will do our best to deliver it in the time agreed (please see our terms and conditions).  If we miss the agreed time window we will contact you and rearrange for a convenient time at our own cost.

We are already experiencing exceptional demand and are managing this as best we can.

6. Can I ask someone to order my shopping for me?

Yes but with prior agreement over e mail and provided payment has been made.  We reserve the right to double check with both parties just to be on the safe side.

7. Can I order food for someone else and have it delivered to them?

Yes as above.

8. How do you prioritise delivery?

Our delivery model is very simple. Orders are generally prioritised in the order they arrive and then picked based on delivery time.  The exceptions are:

a. If we know you are elderly or vulnerable

b. If we are delivering to you as part of an agreement with a charity or local authority services.

9. Can you deliver alcohol and cigarettes?

We do not sell tobacco. 

We have paused alcohol sales during lockdown.

10. How much can I buy?

There is usually no limit provided it is for personal use. We do reserve the right to limit supply in certain circumstances, for example during promotions or when we experience supply issues. 

 11.  How are my products delivered?

We have 3 delivery mechanisms including electric bicycle, hybrid car and freezer van. For environmental reasons we prefer the first two where possible.

12. Can I speak with someone?
