Lodge Farm Kitchen was founded in 2009 on the family farm in rural Herefordshire where many of the vegetables and herbs for the business were grown and a herd of Dexter cattle grazed. When the business began to expand they relocated to a purpose built state of the art kitchen in Ross-on-Wye. Using fresh and local ingredients and English reared cattle, the chefs prepare delicious meals which are blast frozen on the same day they are made to ensure that the flavour, freshness and goodness is quickly locked in. Their meals are free from any preservatives and additives and their acid test is that a seven year old should be able to spell all of the ingredients! 

A rich Herefordshire beef ragu, layered with pasta and a bechemel sauce made with delicious grana padano cheese. 

Available in 350g single portion and 700g double portion.
