Lodge Farm Kitchen was founded in 2009 on the family farm in rural Herefordshire where many of the vegetables and herbs for the business were grown and a herd of Dexter cattle grazed. When the business began to expand they relocated to a purpose built, state of the art kitchen in Ross-on-Wye. Using fresh and local ingredients the chefs prepare delicious meals which are blast frozen on the same day they are made to ensure that the flavour, freshness and goodness is locked in. Their meals are free from any preservatives and additives and their acid test is that a seven year old should be able to spell all of the ingredients!
A slow cooked, sweet tomato concasse with fresh courgettes, aubergines, peppers and mushrooms layered with pasta and bechamel sauce and topped with mature cheddar cheese.
Available in single 350g portion and double 700g.
