Turbot is a flatfish primarily caught in the North Sea with a black-brown skin and a length of about 50 cm. It has a good-flavoured firm flesh, on a par with Dover sole.
We have chosen to work with Kingfisher Brixham. Kingfisher supply quality fresh fish and seafood to the catering industry including Michelin Star Restaurants such as The Elephant led by World Class chef Simon Hulstone!
From their premises in Brixham, with a prime coastal position; they source, prepare and deliver fresh and frozen fish directly to professional kitchens.
Now we are able to offer the same quality fish to your door.
Note, fish selection will vary by season as will the exact size of fish.
Fish is supplied filleted and de-skinned
All our fresh fish is fully traceable, from the moment it is caught to its arrival in your kitchen.
Fair to say food miles are quite limited too!
